Shipping and Returns
Free Domestic Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders totaling $49.00 or more (before tax). This includes all 50 states, U.S. territories (Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We use UPS and USPS as carriers. Our expert shipping team will decide which carrier and method works best for your package to get it to you as soon as possible. Transit time typically ranges from 2-4 business days. Expect longer transit times for AK, HI, territories, and APO addresses.
Please note that only USPS ships to APO, FPO or DPO addresses. PO Box addresses will be sent via USPS.
Domestic Expedited Shipping
We offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select expedited services on domestic packages. Transit times are based on business days (Monday – Friday) and do not include weekends.
UPS Next Day Air will arrive on the next business day (Monday if order placed on Friday).
UPS 2nd Day Air will arrive in 2 business days after order is shipped.
UPS 3 Day Select will arrive in 3 business days after order is shipped.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Expedited shipping refunds are not available for shipments delayed by the carrier due to unforeseen circumstances (see Inclement Weather and Other Delays below)
Shipping Procedures
Here’s some information on our daily operating procedures to give you an idea of when your order will ship.
We operate Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4PM MST (Arizona time). Orders placed by 2PM MST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2PM will be shipped the next operating day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next operating day. Operating days do not include observed holidays when our office is closed.
Inclement Weather and Other Delays
Expedited shipping charges will not be refunded in the event of severe weather, a natural disaster, or other uncontrollable event that causes a delay of your expedited shipment.

International Orders
Import Procedures, Taxes and Duties
The cost of international shipping is calculated in U.S. currency during checkout and based on estimated shipment weight and destination.
Please be aware of the customs and import procedures of the destination country. You are responsible for any fees, taxes, and tariffs charged by customs to release the package. Import policies vary greatly; we strongly suggest contacting your local customs office regarding import of our products and their ingredients before placing an order.
NOTE: Most countries limit shipments of supplements to a 3-month supply. Large orders may be separated into multiple shipments at our discretion.
Customs Refusals
If a package is returned to us due to an address error made by the customer, delivery refusal by the customer or refusal by customs, the customer will be responsible for all charges incurred for return shipping, with an additional $15.00 package refusal fee. If the cost to retrieve the package is greater than the value of the package, or if the package is abandoned at customs, the customer will receive no credit for the order.
If your package is returned to us because of customs issues you will be credited as above for the merchandise if the package is returned to us in salable condition.

Returns and Refused Packages
We are proud of the quality and effectiveness of all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased from us, just return the original container, a copy of your receipt and unused contents of that product to us within 90 days of purchase date. A 10% charge of the returned product cost will be applied on all returns.

Once the remaining credit has been processed, a refund will be placed on the credit card used for purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days after return is received for refund to process. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Packages refused at time of delivery will incur a $15.00 fee to cover return shipping, which will be deducted from the amount credited on the refund.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we are happy to re-ship your order at no additional cost to you once you’ve completed and returned an Affidavit of Loss to us (click the link to download the form). Completed forms can be emailed to us at cs@drwilsons.com.
Your replacement package will be shipped via UPS with an adult signature required for receipt. If the second shipment arrives (whether it be the original or the replacement), you can refuse the package or purchase it by calling us at 1-800-357-5027.
