We offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $49 or more. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO military addresses.
For U.S. customers using standard shipping, most orders are delivered within 5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and other Territories may experience longer transit times. International transit times vary by shipping method and are subject to customs delays.
We offer a 90-day return policy on all supplements purchased through drwilsons.com. The 90-day window begins on the day of purchase. See our Shipping & Returns page for more info on returns. Damaged or missing product must be reported within 10 days of package delivery. All returns are subject to a 10% return fee.
We display manufacture dates on our bottles instead of expiration dates. The recommended shelf life for our products is 2-3 years, depending on the product. Please call our customer support team for any questions on this subject.
